Chinese New Year

The night before Chinese New Year, daddy kept teaching me " gong xi gong xi". I have to put my hands together and show my "bo geh" (toothless) SMILE!! (I was told after doing that, I will get something in return, but daddy refused to tell me what..)

Guessed we practiced too hard. I spent most of the day looking like this. SOoo tired.

I did finally managed to wake up for a while, but didn't really get to see many uncles and aunties. But I've celebrated my first Chinese New Year. Got to wear new shiny clothes and smell really nice. Next year I will probably walk to the uncles and aunties to say" Gong xi Gong xi!!"

Milestones

Growth of a infant often has certain milestones that must be met. I reached another amazing milestone today: being able tto lift my head up! Slowly, I will be able to support my head when people carry me upright. At the moment, it is still a very heavy pendulum, swinging left then right, often hitting daddy's head whenever he carries me.

btw, I am having acne problems.. i guess these are signs of puberty. This is how looked after 2 months! When I smile, I think I look cute. But usually, when I am grouchy, you better not come near me, cos I will cry LOUDLY!!

Oh yes, another milestone, I can stay awake for a few more hours. But I still need to be fed at 3am at night. Poor Mum. (noticed i didn't give daddy any credits.. cos he slept through the night like a oink oink..)
